Do you accept insurance? 

We are a fee-for-service practice which means that we do not accept insurance. However, if your insurance plan allows for out-of-network coverage with reimbursement, we do supply super-bills which can be submitted to insurance plans by the patient. If you would like more information about our fee schedule and which codes we commonly use so as to check with your insurance provider, please contact our office. 

How are services provided?

We use HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms for all virtual sessions. You will not need to download any additional software to meet with us. The link to your video session will be emailed to you ahead of your appointment and simply requires you to click the link to join. 

In-person visits are available in our offices one day per week.

What is your cancellation policy?

Appointments may be canceled or changed up until 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the appointment. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, or if a patient does not come to a scheduled appointment, patients are charged the full fee for that session.
